The housing market in Turkey is characterized by stable consumer demand. Despite the pandemic, foreign interest in purchasing Turkish real estate remains strong. The number of real estate transactions to foreigners increased by 47.6% in 2017 over last year, with a total of 30,849 units sold. In Istanbul, housing sales to foreigners have increased by 30.3% since 2013. Turkish real estate prices are stable, which has kept foreigners interested in purchasing property in Turkey.

Antalya

There are several reasons to invest in Antalya real estate. The city offers excellent facilities including international schools, shopping malls, and a bustling airport. It is also a thriving city, which is packed with things to do year-round. For a low investment price, Antalya has plenty of rental properties available. Additionally, there are plenty of neighbouring towns to explore and enjoy. For more information, check out Antalya house prices.

Istanbul

Approximately 95% of all property in Istanbul is bought from the local market. Demand for residential property in Istanbul has increased significantly in the past decade, after a brief dip in 2010 while many Turkish buyers waited to experience the new Presidential system. Interest rates are now around 7%, which is considerably lower than their pre-revolutionary peak. This has led to an increase in the pool of potential buyers, including middle-class individuals. Furthermore, developers are offering incentives to foreign and local buyers to increase the chances of finding an affordable property.

Dalaman

If you are thinking of retiring to Turkey and want to purchase a Dalaman house, there are many benefits to consider. The town is located near an international airport and has a relaxed atmosphere. Real estate is available in Dalaman, and you can purchase a beachside home or a modern apartment complex. Dalaman is popular with European buyers because of its airport. Whether you plan to live in your property for vacations or rent it out to tourists, you’ll enjoy its excellent rental yields.

Alanya

There is a wide range of Alanya house prices to suit all tastes. Apartments are well-appointed and feature excellent facilities like swimming pools and gyms. Villas are large, independently standing buildings on land. The majority of the properties come fully furnished and have modern facilities. The prices for these properties are steadily increasing. There is an increasing demand for property in Alanya from holidaymakers as well as locals looking for a place to live.

Mediterranean Dalaman

Real estate prices in Dalaman, Turkey have not yet skyrocketed to the levels of neighboring Gocek or Istanbul. For that reason, the price of a house here starts at around 70,000GBP. If you’re looking to rent your property, you’ll want to keep your initial budget low: around $45,000 will buy you an apartment in a complex, usually with shared facilities. The airport is an additional selling point, and European buyers will find the region especially attractive.

Mahmutlar district

If you are interested in buying a property in the region of Mahmutlar in Turkey, you will be pleased to know that it is not hard to find properties at affordable prices. This district is well connected by bus and the local area is home to several popular beaches, as well as a large foreign resident community. There are also cultural centres in the district, and it is easy to find service providers in your language.

Source : أسعار البيوت في تركيا
