\/><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por: Equipo de Comunicaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde el 2012 cuando el Consejo Directivo de la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional de La Guajira, aprob\u00f3 el Acuerdo por medio del cual se declar\u00f3 como Reserva Forestal Protectora el Manantial de Ca\u00f1averales, Corpoguajira ha venido desarrollando medidas contundentes para asegurar hacia el futuro el mantenimiento de los servicios ecosist\u00e9micos que se derivan de este acu\u00edfero subterr\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INICIATIVAS DE CORPOGUAJIRA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos para conservar las especies de flora amenazadas de extinci\u00f3n que existen en el \u00e1rea: \u00e9bano (Libidibia \u00e9bano), guayac\u00e1n (Bulnesia arborea) y carreto (Aspidosperma polyneuron).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Conservar las especies de fauna que se encuentran amenazadas de extinci\u00f3n o que tienen distribuci\u00f3n restringida como son: el oso hormiguero (Myrmecophaga tridactyla), el tigrillo (Leopardus pardalis), la guacamaya (Ara militaris) y el carpintero peque\u00f1o (Picumnus cinnamomeus).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mantener los valores paisaj\u00edsticos que ofrece el \u00e1rea y particularmente los existentes en el Manantial de Ca\u00f1averales.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>UBICACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">La zona cuenta con 975.7 hect\u00e1reas, est\u00e1 localizada en el corregimiento de Ca\u00f1averales, jurisdicci\u00f3n del municipio de San Juan del Cesar.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">IMPORTANCIA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">El Manantial de Ca\u00f1averales corresponde a un ecosistema de bosque seco tropical, cuya particularidad radica en la presencia de un afloramiento de aguas subterr\u00e1neas de las cuales se abastecen para consumo humano y para el desarrollo de sus actividades productivas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">TENGA EN CUENTA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">S\u00f3lo se permitir\u00e1 en la zona, el desarrollo de actividades de\u00a0\u00a0 conservaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n,
