Day 03 and 04 August the main squares of Uribia, India, Barrancas, Hatonuevo, and Dibulla will become collection centers for the Second Day postconsumer Corpoguajira organized and supported by ANDI mayoral.

Waste that the general public and businesses must deliver in this campaign are: Energy-efficient lightbulbs, Fluorescent tubes, Cylinder high intensity discharge (HID), computers, portable, hard drives, USBs,, scanners, external drives of the DVDs CDs, monitors, printers, multifunctional, webcam, USB flash drives, containers and empty packages household insecticides, Button batteries, Tipo AA, AAA,C,D, Kind of 6 and 9 volt, and expired medicines, partially consumed, impaired, containers and packages.

The proper disposal of such special waste allow reducing the risks of spreading harmful elements having products after their service life; mercury lamps having, and, heavy metals from computers and batteries can pollute water and soil sources affecting the environment and its biota.
