CORPOGUAJIRA, YEAR, The Government of La Guajira (Department of Indian Affairs and Departmental Directorates of Tourism and Culture), Chamber of Commerce, UniGuajira, The UNAD, Polinal, National Army, COMFAMILIAR, And ASOTURISMO 15 Towns.

Working groups
Training:
YEAR, UNAD, UNIGUAJIRA, Chamber of Commerce of the Guajira.
Technician (Services and Management):
CORPOGUAJIRA, National Parks of Colombia, Municipalities of Manaure, Dibulla, Urumi, San Juan del Cesar, National Police, National Army and Unad (COMFAMILIAR and Mayor of Riohacha).

Promotion and Marketing:
Interior of the Guajira, Chamber of Commerce of the Guajira, Sena Regional Guajira, Corpoguajira, Unad, National Police and Army

Actions Node:

Articulate and manage actions public and private institutions for the development and strengthening of ecotourism.

Strengthen community participation in development projects.

Promote the improvement and maintenance of infrastructure, the tourist facilities and basic services for the provision of services and ecotourism activities in the Guajira.

Generate a comprehensive training plan and awareness for different actors

To promote and assist in the design of integrated tourism products that consider the natural and cultural riches of the Department of La Guajira and marketing and outreach at regional level, national and international.

Develop programs for organizational strengthening and business service providers and ecotourism activities.

Promote and establish certification programs for the development of the activity in a sustainable way
