The fish antipasto, one of the 18 green business products from La Guajira, It will be one of the 3 products that represent the department in Bioexpo Caribbean 2017 which begins next 26 until 28 October.

The antipasto is based pulp produced fish, peppers, onion, carrot, habichuela, caper, olive, tomato sauce and oil; providing product rich in protein and carbohydrates thanks to the combination of ingredients brings together a unique flavor, ideal to consume as cold dish, mixture to prepare rice and spread on bread or crackers.
