The event took place at the facilities of the digital live point located at the Almirante Padilla Educational Institution, with the presence of 34 representatives of the different sectors and entities based in the District such as CORPOGUAJIRA, the preserve corporation, District Health Secretary, District Environment Directorate, University of La Guajira, the dinner, Ethnoeducational Center No. 15 (New Hope), Interaseo, Guajira Gases, Environmental and ecological police, Cartagena Battalion, DIMAR, several environmental and community services NGOs, the address of the Los Flamencos Flora and Fauna Sanctuary, District Councilors, various Civic Leaders and merchant associations.
