ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORITY IN TELETRAJO PIONEERING

La Corporación Autónoma Regional de La Guajira – CORPOGUAJIRA, It is adhered to the Global Compact, Therefore, it promotes actions that aim to achieve the sustainable development objectives., This is how the General Secretary of the entity promotes work practices that facilitate the happiness of the institution's collaborators., since it has been understood from the Senior Management of the corporation, the importance that internal customers have for achieving the institutional mission.

This is how the Human Talent Group has been working to turn Corpoguajira into a good place to work and promote an excellent work environment., where employees feel with a high level of motivation, and that includes being able to harmonize personal and family life with the workplace., it's like that, as in the 2017 The entity signed the Pact for Teleworking with the Ministry of Technologies and Communications.

To date COROGUAJIRA managed to implement the pilot test of Teleworking, which concluded with significant results, among which the high level of job satisfaction and the positive perception of the quality of life of the participants can be highlighted., as well as reducing absenteeism from work and avoiding the number of trips of collaborators that contribute to the sustainability of the environment..

At the end of this month the entity will formally adopt Teleworking as a modality regulated by the Colombian State through the Law 1221 of 2008 y el Decreto 884 of 2012; which makes us the departmental public entity that is a pioneer in these new work practices., which promote happiness in their collaborators.
