It is worth highlighting the importance of climate change today., to guide the most vulnerable communities of La Guajira, face this complex phenomenon and generate environmental awareness about it; that's why, that it is necessary to strengthen professional and institutional capacities with key actors, increasing knowledge about the potential impacts to which they will have to adapt in the future; Likewise, facilitate planning to reduce or mitigate these impacts and implement planning strategies to ensure the investment that may be generated due to climate variability in each municipality.. This type of analysis spaces, reflection and exchange of knowledge and sustainable technologies, They acquire singular importance to the extent that they help populations in their mitigation and adaptation processes in the face of climate variability., supported by institutional and social support in the search to improve the use of natural resources and the quality of life of the communities settled in La Guajira.
