With the purpose of coordinating the necessary procedures that allow the implementation of the Management Plan of the Montes de Oca Protective Forest Reserve, met today at the Garrapateros property (Maicao), the Social Technical Work Committee, which will develop strategic actions aimed at fulfilling each of the goals of the programs structured for this protected area of ​​La Guajira..

The Social Technical Work Committee, It is made up of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira (entity in charge of the Technical Secretariat), the Government of La Guajira, National Army, Ecotourism Node of La Guajira and the Mayors of Maicao and Albania.
