Next, The forum “Towards the sustainable development of La Guajira” was developed, in which Amilkar Acosta Medina participated in a special way, Guajiro economist; Cesar Arismendi, Guajiro economist; Freddy Zuleta, General Transmission Manager of the Bogota Energy Group; Gabriel Bustos, Environmental Management Manager Cerrejón and Ramón Antollinez, Elecnorte Project Manager.
