The technical table for citizen participation was successfully held in the municipality of El Molino. The space allowed different actors in the territory to formulate initiatives or projects that can be financed with direct allocations from the General System of Royalties - SGR.
It should be noted that the tables were held in compliance with the new guidelines defined by the National Planning Department - DNP for the General System of Royalties within the framework of the Decree 1821 the 31 December 2020 And the law 2056 of 2020, in which it is determined the obligation to include a chapter for the inclusion of projects to be financed with royalty resources in the current National Plan.
The event was organized by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira - Corpoguajira and the Mayor's Office of the municipality of El Molino. "These tables achieved the objective of being participatory and democratic, achieving an agreement with the community, especially ethnic groups and institutions. Concerns and recommendations were received, which will be raised in the independent chapter that will be the compass, the path that will guide investment with direct allocations from the Regional Royalties System ", pointed out the Director of Corpoguajira.
