The Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development in use of its legal powers by Resolution No.. 0753 the 09 May 2018 provides that:

• What do you need to do to get the charcoal mobilization permit?? 1) Submit to the environmental authority the request for mobilization of charcoal. 2) Based on the above, the environmental authority will review the information presented in the application. 3) The environmental authority will authorize or not the mobilization of charcoal stocks and will establish the holders, the obligations in the place will be granted the corresponding safe-conducts.
