Rehabilitate, improve productivity and maintain water systems and protect births, aquifer recharge areas, watersheds and inland wetlands to maintain an adequate supply in quantity and quality to meet the demand of the resource in the major regions of the Department under the concept of sustainable development so as to contribute to improving the quality of life and development economic population.
