Within the schedule of activities covered by the project implementation which aims to increase environmental awareness in the 15 guajiro municipalities territory, Actors and forces from each territory were brought together through the promotion and dissemination of activities, supported by subregional stations and public address in each locality.

Each socialization had the active participation of Corpoguajira, the Preservar Consortium as executor of the project and community in general. During the development of the conference, the importance of implementing environmental education in each municipality was explained., the activities to be developed and resolved the concerns of the community, accepting several suggestions.

The Interinstitutional Technical Committee on Environmental Education was formed- CIDEA in each municipality in order to join forces for active participation within the project. On the other hand, Great results were obtained due to the welcome that the inhabitants gave, placing themselves at the disposal of the project so that it could be a pillar in each institution., company and department home.

As a strategy of transparency and openness of information, Corpoguajira encourages the formation of citizen oversight committees that are a fundamental piece within the execution, since this community group will monitor the management from various aspects seeking to ensure that what was proposed is fulfilled.. More and more, society is becoming aware of the importance of generating these spaces where initiatives that save the environment are promoted..
