MODIFIES THE CALL FOR ELECTION OF ETHNIC MINORITY REPRESENTATIVE

Taking into account the difficulty in traveling to the city of Riohacha due to the closure of some roads and the need to extend the deadline for delivery of the requested documents., The process is extended as follows:

Deadline for delivery of documents: 16 April 2019 until 3:00 P.M.

Elections: 30 April 2019, of 8:00 a 12:00 M.
