The general director (It) Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira – CORPOGUAJIRA, using its legal powers, in particular those conferred by Article 18 of the Corporate Assembly Agreement No.003 of 2014, by which the Statutes of the Corporation are approved and the provisions of the Board of Directors in an ordinary session of the 31 January 2017 where set date, place and time for holding the ordinary meeting of the Corporate Assembly,
