These tasks are performed, considering that in the vicinity of the basin, It is seated a significant indigenous population, which they have cultural values, traditional and ancestral vision regarding regional planning, which must be compatible so that the technical aspects are articulated with cultural, in the comprehensive management of natural resources, in harmony with the provisions of the Constitution of Colombia.
