Resolution No. 941 of 2009, issued by the Minister of the Environment, Housing and Territorial Development creates the Information Subsystem on the Use of Renewable Natural Resources – SIUR and the Single Environmental Registry is adopted – STREET, as an instrument for capturing information on the use of renewable natural resources and through Resolution No. 1023 the 28 May 2010 The protocol is adopted for the monitoring and follow-up of the SIUR for the manufacturing sector and its capture tool, the Manufacturing RUA., pointing out that establishments are required to carry out the initial completion and annual update of the RUA for the manufacturing sector before the competent environmental authority., in this case Corpoguajira, who is responsible for identifying and registering users in their jurisdiction and validating the information downloaded by users and making it available to the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (Ideas).

As part of the conclusions and commitments of the meeting, users who have not yet registered in the Single Environmental Registry – RUA for the manufacturing sector, they promised to request it, as soon as possible, so that Corpoguajira can generate the code and password to enter the website.

Once the user is registered on the manufacturing RUA website, they must fill out the Information on the Use of Renewable Natural Resources corresponding to the years 2009, 2010 and 2011

Corpoguajira will validate the information downloaded by users and make it available to IDEAM.
