Los talleres se han llevado a cabo con la participación de representantes de las minorías étnicas, funcionarios municipales, ONG y comunidad en general de La Guajira, in order for attendees to acquire the necessary tools to learn to identify , formulate and evaluate projects to be able to access resources, both national and international cooperation.

Three workshops have been held in Riohacha, Maicao and Fonseca; and two in Villanueva, Uribia, Dibulla and Urumita.

As part of the theme developed in the workshops, The logical framework methodology is analyzed in detail using the Adjusted General Methodology (MGA) which is the official of the National Government. Through this, an agile and efficient information system is provided in the identification process., preparation, evaluation and programming of investment projects.
