Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira and Foundation Taleiwaiin, will perform on Friday 24 May 2013, the official certification 24 indigenous Wayúu, Cape de la Vela (Uribia), who participated in a training day for the title of Environmental Promoters.

Based on the knowledge gained, the group of students created a lending community utility toilet, which they wish to articulate local authorities and international aid agencies.
