Optimism and joy experienced during the closing ceremony of the Diploma "Training Strategic Adaptation and Mitigation of Climate Change, training event organized by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira, the Association of professionals and environmentalists of La Guajira (ASOPAGUA), with the sponsorship of the Antonio Nariño University.
