The environmental authority of the department began the workshops in the municipalities of La Jagua del Pilar, Urumi, Villanueva and El Molino, where educational institutions, companies settled in the area and community interested in the conservation of ecosystems guajiros; participated actively building baseline for action plan 2020 – 2023.

The route of officials of the Corporation by 15 municipalities will point to the development of the instrument that will allow them to plan activities and strategies for the conservation of ecosystems and exercise strategic environmental authority in their jurisdiction.
