Through the installation of transmitter equipment and biometric studies, the conservation status of these species will be analyzed..
The Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira managed with the Environmental Compensation Fund (FCA), the project that will assess the conservation status of the needle caiman and sea turtles in the coastal area between the Palomino rivers (Dibulla), Rancheria (Riohacha) and in Bahía Hondita (Uribia).
