Corpoguajira and Bioentorno Foundation led the X Sectional Council Plaguidas which was formalized through the signing of an agreement of wills, the implementation of the Management Plan for the return of post-consumer products expired pesticides and veterinary drugs in La Guajira. The signing of wills took place in the southern headquarters of Corpoguajira, located in the municipality of Fonseca. The space generated by the signing of the agreement was conducive to the inauguration and official presentation to the ICA container for return of veterinary drugs expired in the department of La Guajira.

This willing agreement articulates efforts focused on the construction of solution alternatives to strengthen social and environmental development through actions in mitigating the impact generated by agricultural activity; change concepts of environmental culture and think about our quality of life and improvement in our environment. Corpoguajira is the guarantor for compliance with plasma plans and actions in the agreement in which the Bio -Entry Foundation is fundamental, The Colombian Agricultural Institute, ICA; Hortifrutícola Association of Colombia, Asohofrucol; Temporary administrator for the health sector in the department of La Guajira; and the mayors of Fonseca and Distraction. Recovery of hazardous waste in question, It is part of the commitment and shared responsibility for the Bioentorno Foundation is running with the authorities of departmental and municipal, Business, associations and producers in the region in order to comply with the provisions of resolutions 371 of 2009 and 1675 of 2013 the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development (MADS) whose actions related to normalize the postconsumer for veterinary drugs and pesticides expired, respectively.
