Starting Tuesday 16 de junio de 2020 some services for face-to-face care are enabled in the Riohacha offices, the southern territorial headquarters located in Fonseca will continue with virtual service.

After suspending face-to-face care last March on the occasion of the health emergency decreed by the National Government, Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira, reopens the doors of the headquarters located in Riohacha (headquarters and environmental laboratory).

The attention to the public will be done under strict compliance with the biosafety protocol designed by the entity, guaranteeing protection measures for both visitors and its collaborators..

In the schedule of 8:00 a.m. a 11:30 a.m. users will be able to access the services enabled for face-to-face care: mail receipt, delivery of safe-conducts for the mobilization of specimens and reception of PQRSD, in addition, the financial coordination and the legal office will attend to matters that cannot be carried out virtually, exclusively to users who have requested an appointment through emails secretaria.financiera@corpoguajira.gov.co and secretaria.juridica@corpoguajira.gov.co . Meanwhile, the southern territorial headquarters located in Fonseca, will continue to provide its services virtually.

To access face-to-face care at authorized venues, users must necessarily wear face masks, perform hand and shoe disinfection, take temperature, keep social distance and carry your identity document since the income will be in accordance with the peak and ID established by the District of Riohacha.
