Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira and the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development, They were awarded certification verification criteria 22 green business companies in the department of La Guajira, during the presentation of the progress in terms of support for said businesses intervened during 2016 and 2017.

The certification exalts commitment and successful participation in the business verification process, who met each of the criteria and requirements required by the cooperation agreement between the Green and Sustainable Business Office of the Ministry and the European Union.

During the event it was announced that the technical intervention of the Green Business Generation Program in the department of La Guajira, The approximate generation of 421 direct jobs and sales have been identified for more than 1.700 millions of pesos in business. Likewise, Intervention guidelines for next year were also presented.
