A través de la Resolución 2306 the 21 December 2015, Corpoguajira imposed preventive measure suspending work to the Department of La Guajira, the occupation of the stream bed of the Gorge Moreno without due permit environmental entity, as part of collapse caused to repair the bridge connecting to the path Villamartín (Rural area Riohacha) with the municipality of Albania.
