• Corpoguajira has been careful to follow all legal guidelines and recommendations made by control entities for the process of electing the representative of indigenous people and other sectors before the Board of Directors..
• We ask the authorities to be forceful and prompt in the investigations and their results in order to clarify the facts and reasons that gave rise to them..
• The elections of the representatives of the different sectors before the Board of Directors of Corpoguajira cannot become a reason to generate violence among the Guajira citizens..
• The Board of Directors of the corporation is made up of 13 members and one of them is a representative of the indigenous communities of the department of La Guajira.
• According to the schedule of the call published next 7 In November the election of the representative of the indigenous communities before the Board of Directors will be held, The person who is elected will serve as such from the 1 January 2020.
