Initiative that will mobilize different actors at the national level to collect solid waste at points considered to have high environmental impact or natural reserves that can be sources of ecological goods and services for a city.. In this sense, The Corporation is present with the Mobile Unit and a group specialized in environmental education, where an awareness day will be held that is part of the management of solid waste generated by the “New Market” sector. (Riohacha). With this activity, seeks to generate in this part of the city, a more pleasant and environmentally friendly public space. The activity will begin at 7:00 am, where it is established to gather recycled and non-recycled material (properly separated), for proper disposal. The meeting point will be at the House of Justice. Let's Clean Colombia is inspired by the Clean Our Mexico campaign, that in the 2015 raised eight million 800 thousand volunteers and 50 thousand tons of garbage. Likewise, part of the 11,6 million tons of garbage produced annually in Colombia and of which only the 17%. In the country, The initiative is led by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, the Success Group, Bimbo, Fontur and the WWF.
