The Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira, invites all natural or legal persons, of the Public Accounting, interested in participating in the process of appointing a Statutory Auditor for the period 2010 – 2011, to submit their resumes to the General Secretariat of the entity.

The applicants (persona natural) You must attach the following documentation:

– Citizenship card.

– degree certificate.

– Professional card as a Public Accountant.

– Specific professional experience as a Statutory Auditor (minimum five (5)) or specialization in Tax Audit.

– Disciplinary record certification, issued by the Attorney General's Office.

– Sworn declaration of not being subject to the disabilities and incompatibilities, provided for in the General Statute of Public Procurement and the Commercial Code.

– Certification from the Comptroller General of the Republic stating that it is not reported in its bulletin.

Legal entities, In addition to the requirements indicated above, They must attach Certificates of Existence and Legal Representation, that guarantees a previous five years.

The registration deadline is until 20 May 2010, The evaluations will be carried out between 21 and he 24 May/10 and the election will be carried out by the Corporate Assembly in the session of the 28 May/10.
