Tax relief applies for water use rates and remuneration – The term to access the benefit is until 31 March 2022

The Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira will grant discounts of up to 80% in interest to users who are in arrears with their obligations of water use rate and remuneration rate. The tax relief will be effective until 31 March 2022.

The environmental authority informed that those interested in accessing the benefit will be able to obtain more information by means of the email portfolio@corpoguajira.gov.co or on the telephone line 314 5416958.

Once the payment is verified, The Corporation will issue the administrative act by means of which the tax administrative process of coercive collection is terminated by mutual agreement and the corresponding peace and safe will be issued..

It should be noted that through this process, Corpoguajira adheres to the Law 2155 of 2021 issued by the National Government and the agreement 012 approved by the Board of Directors of the entity.
