The University for International Cooperation (UCI) from Costa Rica, awarded to the General Director of Corpoguajira, Luis Manuel Medina Toro, the Master's degree in Environmental Leadership and Management.

With this new professional achievement, Engineer Medina Toro, strengthened his leadership attitude and acquired tools to contribute to the transformation towards the development of La Guajira and its prosperity with sustainability.

The program also included complete training in the management instruments necessary for an effective design., implementation and direction of environmental management processes, for the development of products and services according to current international demands.
