Corpoguajira adds as an ally to the national strategy "will not Mambrú War -this is another story", which implements the Colombian Agency for Reintegration (ACR), en el departamento de La Guajira. The ambitious program in addition to socializing against the recruitment policy, seeks to open up opportunities for young people through artistic expressions and environmental knowledge imparted by Corpoguajira guide and contribute their talent.

Young people in their educational process have formed a soccer team christened Atletico Guajira and are in the process of entrepreneurial learning to legally constitute it, also they seek to empower themselves on environmental issues to conserve ecosystems and increase job opportunities.
