Excellent results from Corpoguajira in Online Government evaluation


The National Government's strategy, awarded Corpoguajira the following percentages in the evaluated phases: information 99%, interaction: 100%, transaction: 100%, transformation: 100% and democracy: 100%

After the last evaluation of the Online Government strategy, Corpoguajira obtained excellent percentages for compliance with each of the requirements of this strategy whose objective is to contribute to the construction of a more efficient State, more transparent and participatory, and provide better services to citizens and companies, through the use of information and communication technologies.

The following were the phases evaluated and the grades obtained by Corpoguajira:

Information: constitutes the offer, by electronic means, non-sensitive public information and data open in reusable format and that can be used by third parties to generate value-added services. Percentage awarded to Corpoguajira: 99%.

Interaction: Two-way communication is enabled between public servants and citizens, through mechanisms that bring citizens closer to the administration and enable them to contact it, as well as making use of the information provided by the entities, through online consultations. Percentage awarded to Corpoguajira: 100%.

Transaction: Incorporates the provision of online transactions to obtain products and services, through secure channels, making use of elements such as authentication and online payments. Percentage awarded to Corpoguajira: 100%.

Transformation: The provision of products and services is carried out based on the needs of the users., which implies changes in the way entities operate, promoting the efficient exchange of information between their dependencies and with other entities., as well as the reorganization of its processes, procedures and services under the understanding of its clients and its offer through multiple channels. Percentage awarded to Corpoguajira: 100%.

Democracy: Conditions are created to facilitate the participation of citizens in the discussion of issues of public interest, in the decision making process, and in the collective construction of public policies, planes, programs, legislative and regulatory issues, as well as in monitoring the execution and social control, in an open two-way dialogue with a fully integrated online State. Percentage awarded to Corpoguajira: 100%.

The evaluations are carried out by officials of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, based on the requirements established in the Decree 1151 the 14 April 2008.
