Riohacha was the epicenter for the development of the XXI technical committee of the agricultural sector involving the departments of Cesar, Magdalena and La Guajira. At Present, thanks to the articulation of different institutions in the public and private sectors of the three departments is leading; the table was led by Corpoguajira, with the presence of representatives of risk management and economic development in Governorates of Magdalena and Cesar, Corpamag, Fedearroz, Agrosavia, Mapfre, Admon. Temporary health sector in La Guajira, SRAC, ICA, Fenalce, Zayuna Managers, Uniguajira, Cenipalma and ASAA.
