The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Gabriel Vallejo López; Director Corpoguajira, Luis Manuel Medina Toro, Governor of La Guajira, José María Ballesteros Valdivieso; Director of the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (Idea), Omar Franco Torres and Assistant Director of the Unit for Disaster Risk Management, Richard Vargas; presided over a press conference at which related to El Niño aspects and the dry season were addressed in La Guajira.
