Then came the water to La Rabona!

Work articulated Corpoguajira and the Municipality of Urumita, favoring 39 The Rabona families and 1.400 Students of School Agropecuaria.

A total of 39 families in the village of La Rabona (Urumi), were benefited with improvement works microacueducto of that population. The works were carried out by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira (Corpoguajira) and the Municipality of Urumita, contributing to solving the problem of inadequate distribution and inadequate provision regarding service coverage.

This important management, also favors 1.400 Students of School of Agricultural Urumita, who already have permanently with the precious liquid in their facilities.

The delivery of this work was done by the Director of Corpoguajira, Luis Manuel Medina Toro. To meet the project objectives, different pipes were installed with their accessories, replacing existing hoses.

The works were implemented through Integrated Water Management Program, which seeks to maintain an adequate supply of water resources in quantity and quality, that can satisfy your demand in all municipalities of the department.
