In compliance with the ruling of protection No. T-052 the 28 September 2016, issued by THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF RIOHACHA – GUAJIRA, CRIMINAL DECISION ROOM, under established 44001-31-04-002-2016-00079-01, the undersigned Director of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira, CORPOGUAJIRA, by this public invitation, it is allowed to convene again the Community Councils of the Black Communities, to elect their representatives to the Basin Council of the Tapias River Sub Hydrographic Zone (Code 1504), according to the following schedule (see attached document)
