In compliance with the ruling of protection No. T-052 the 28 September 2016, proffered by the Superior Judicial District Court Riohacha - La Guajira, CRIMINAL DECISION ROOM, under established 44001-31-04-002-2016-00079-01, the undersigned Director of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira, CORPOGUAJIRA, by this public invitation, it is allowed to convene again the Community Councils of the Black Communities, to elect their representatives to the Basin Council of the Sub Hydrographic Zone of the Tomarrazón-Camarones River (Code 1505), according to the following schedule (see attached document)
