The Association of Regional Autonomous Corporations and Sustainable Development, ASOCARS, flatly rejects the criminal act perpetrated against the territorial headquarters CORPONOR, in the town of Tibii.

The action came on Friday, 12 July 2013, on the premises of the entity; which created panic in the community. ASOCARS send a message of solidarity and support to the Director of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Northeast Border, Contreras and Luis Lizcano team collaborating entity.

At the same time, demanded of the different actors in the conflict in the Catatumbo cease violence and to encourage dialogue and peace.
