El evento se llevará a cabo en la institución educativa Eugenia Herrena de Matitas y está dirigida a docentes, estudiantes padres de familia y comunidad en general. La programación es organizada por el Grupo de Educación Ambiental de Corpoguajira, bajo la orientación de la Fundación Casa Ecológica de Riohacha y cuenta con el apoyo de la Cruz Roja (La Guajira sectional).
