A route that has already been developed in the upper and middle part of the basin, as it is done annually in the dry season to calculate the supply of the river and decision-making in the administration of the resource.

Within the measures of the contingency plan led by the entity, the restriction of concessions to companies is contemplated and the collection schedules are evaluated so that the volume of the flow allows supplying the users who are around them.

The river is decreasing the flow in terms of time that is measured, previous years during the month of February the tour was carried out; for this term it is developing much earlier and the drastic decrease that is currently registered is alarming for the Corporation.
