During the session the participating entities made clear to the community, the commitment to comply fully with each of the actions contained in the judgment. The agenda of the table was based in particular on the involvement of the project in the community and the study of water as a fundamental right; establishing commitments within which defined the following:

• Development of a technical report to deliver to the Administrative Tribunal of La Guajira in September which must be previously socialized with the community in August.

• The space for coordination and information generated and information on the technical and legal aspects of the project, They must be translated into Wayunaiki.

• Ensure in these spaces the permanent presence of the control entities, technical entities, and Secretary of Indian Affairs. In addition, the minister raised the realization of an academic monitoring, scientific and environmental institutions such as the Institute Von Humboldt, Colombian Geological Survey, University of La Guajira and Conservation International that all measures have been established for the proper execution of proyecto.Este monitoring will be led by Corpoguajira are met and will have the full support of MADS.
