The agency partnership Corpoguajira and the Chamber of Commerce, to generate sustainable income to green entrepreneurship projects.

Corpoguajira and the Chamber of Commerce of La Guajira, conducted socialization program retraining and green entrepreneurship in the department, which will be supported by the Environmental Fund Thrive.

Through this alliance are implemented, articulately, actions to generate sustainable income to productive units or business ideas, through entrepreneurship programs, including related environmental conservation activities on the peninsula, mainly in the area between Tomarrazón river basin and river basin Palomino.

As part of achievements, have formed several partnerships, composed of groups of people who previously engaged in logging, hunting and trading of wildlife threatened. The organizations have created themselves told retraining and work in coordination with Corpoguajira and the Chamber of Commerce, in designing structured plans that enhance their relationship with the environment and nature.

During the event socialization, Thriving image was presented, which was selected through a competition in which participated designers and advertisers Guajiro. The jury, chose by Astrid Herrera Gómez the work presented, whose proposed mixing elements of the flora and fauna of the department.
