In use of its constitutional and legal powers, especially those conferred by law 99 of 1993, Law 1437 of 2011, Decree 1076 of 2015, and

WHEREAS:

That through dated report 7 May 2020, CORPOGUAJIRA through the commission designated for this purpose, I carry out the evaluation and verification of the documentation provided by the Community Councils, for the fulfillment of the requirements of participation in the election process of the main and alternate representatives of the black communities before the Board of Directors of the Corporation for the period 2020-2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Decree 1076/2015 Article 2.2.8.5.1.2.
