The execution of this strategy is framed within the activities that were programmed to celebrate two important dates within the ecological calendar: World Environmental Education Day and World Day of Action against Global Warming, celebrated the days 26 and 28 of January respectively.
For the organization of this activity, There was the decisive support of the District Mayor's Office of Riohacha, National Police, National Army, Inside, Red Cross, Civil defense, University of La Guajira, the aqueduct company ASSA and the sports companies Nina Kite and Trocheros Club.
