ACTION PLAN 2016 – 2019

Developing strategy for collective participation formulation of corporate action plan 2016 – 2019, Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira Corpoguajira, forward the realization of seventeen (17) workshops in different municipalities and communities in the department, to collect environmental problems perceived by the community, review the obstacles that have arisen in solving this problem and approach alternative solutions to the same. The topics discussed in the workshops, They were divided into five (5) groups: 1) Water, to treat related to water resource management, surface and groundwater, water quality and vertimientos; 2) Air, to treat related to air quality, contamination, noise, vibration and offensive odors; 3) ecosystems, biodiversity, green businesses marine and coastal ecosystems; 4) environmental land management, risk management and adaptation to climate change and 5) educación ambiental, urban and environmental management sector and integrated solid waste management.
