– Provide for the participation of the Corporation in the establishment and organization of companies or associations and foundations or income to existing.

– Determine the internal structure of the corporation for which you can create, delete and merge departments and assign responsibilities according to law.

– Authorize the delegation of functions of the entity.

– Approve the general plan and the annual investment budget.
