Certifies CORPOGUAJIRA 342 RIOHACHA DISTRICT OF AFRICAN DESCENT IN ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION AND PROTECTION

Regional Autonomous Corporation of La Guajira and the Consortium Proecosistemas African Communities, They were certified to 342 afros of communities in the District of Riohacha; Juan y Medio, Moreneros, El Carmen, Cascajalito, Colombian Port, Las Casitas, Las Balsas, Las Palmas, Carrizal, The colonies, Contadero, Orangery and the Totumo, who participated in educational sessions Training Plan Project called: Restoration and Protection of Ecosystems 13 Afro-Colombian communities, Devastated by Ola Wintry 2011.

Beneficiaries of the 13 communities, They were trained in Efficient Agricultural Production Techniques, Watershed Conservation, Environmental education, Leadership, Sustainable development, Community Coexistence and Good Neighborliness.

During the conference, these communities expressed their appreciation for the support of Corpoguajira and the Consortium, in order to benefit their families with new knowledge that will enable them to have a better quality of life and a culture of care with the environment.
