With the creation and optimization of a decontamination plan of noise in the urban area of Maicao, it meets environmental planners aspects of SINA, quantified and evaluated emission sound pressure generated by machinery, stereos and car traffic; to establish whether the results are consistent with the maximum permissible levels of the Colombian regulations

The Environmental Quality Branch Corpoguajira considering noise as an important risk factor for environmental pollution and impact on human health, not only by the direct effects but also extra-auditory effects, and aware of the results of measurements, complaints, claims and studies related to the acoustic quality of the municipality proceeded to implement actions to help mitigate this type of pollution in the town of Maicao.

La company RAS Ltda, Contractor Corporation, is developing activities coordinated and logical way to attack the scourge of noise, both plaguing our municipal urban environments.

Therefore, with the creation and optimization of a decontamination plan noise in the urban area of Maicao, it meets environmental planners aspects of SINA, in turn are quantified and evaluated emission sound pressure generated by machinery, stereos and car traffic etc., in that municipality and whether the results are consistent with the maximum permissible levels of the Colombian regulations and the degree of involvement they are exposed to the inhabitants of the municipality and take some action if the case. Furthermore, these results serve to reinforce basic statistics at national and level inputs or tools for the MAVDT, can regulate and adjust the medium term normative values if its necessary, established in Resolution 627 of 2006 and to comply with the requirements of that regulation in the development of noise maps.

Comparison of the levels obtained in the field measurements with the guidelines established by Decree 948 of 1995 MAVDT on Emission Standard Environmental Noise and the existing rules established by Resolution 627del 07 April 2006 of MAVDT, establishing rules on the protection and hearing conservation dictate, health and welfare of people, because of the production and emission of noise.

i. Technical report with calculations, calibration sheet of the equipment used, compare the results obtained with the provisions of environmental legislation, A summary description of the project, Overview of the noise sources and their location within the perimeter monitoring and geographical coordinates, weather (Wind direction and speed, rain, temperature, air pressure, humidity), Description of work (procedures and methodology), final report containing findings and recommendations of the study shed and possible mitigation of environmental impact.

j. Consolidated organized and strategic programs and projects to the decontamination of noise where specified criteria, points, measurement times, indicators and impact that permit a control system by the environmental authority.
